QPG Series Air Steam Spray Drying Machine adopts atomization mode to proceed atomization for gas medium with certain energy(as compressed air, compressed nitrogen, superheated steam etc ),it is suited to viscous material, finished product that .At present, it is mainly applied to dry viscous material, and such materiel with high requirements as finished product that needs quite small grain size and high cleanliness due to its great energy consumption.

Through heater, air is changed into hot air ,moving in thermal wind distributor at the top of drying room ,afterwards, evenly entering in drying room. At the same time, liquid material is carried to a air stream atomization set by feed pump, where it is subjected to shock with high speed gas, which generates great frictional force on liquid level ,so that liquid material is dispersed as fog
