Briqufting with roller presses folkws a simple prnciple; a fine raw materal s fed nto the space between two counter-rotating rollers, where it is then compressed and formed into briquettes.The fixed roller is supported directly in the press frame,while the so-called floating roller is also supported in the frame. The movement of the floating roller constitutes the basic principle of aroller press. The roller are driven by an electric motor in combination with a double-shaft gear box and tooth couplings. This system synchronizes the rollers and allows for the movernent of the floating roller. Controlling the material feed into the roller nip is of paramount importance,whereby a gravity feeder can be used for materials with sufficent low properties. Other materials may reguire a screw feedor that forces the material into the nip between the rollers. The pressing drums are designed as round, or oblate or clam segments, and are fitted with pockets of the desired size and shape.Technical parameters:

DH series dry roll press granulator adopts dry rolling technology to compress the powdery materials with moisture content ≤ 5% into pieces or tablets, then going through the processes of breaking into granules and screening to make the lump materials into granules that meet the requirements of application. Dry roll press granulator mainly depends on the manner of external pressure to force the material going through the gap between two relatively turning rollers to compress into laminar particles. During course of roller pressing, the real density of materials can increase 1.5~3 times thus reaching certain demands of granular strength.
DG series double roller granulator adopts no-drying process granulating at normal temperature and once forming. It can produce 2-6mm irregular granules, Φ 3.8-Φ 10mm oblateness granules and all kinds of slice products. It is a multi-purpose machine and widely used to granulate the powder materials of fertilizers, medicine, chemicals, etc, especially suitable for the production of palletized fertilizers such as ammonium bicarbonate, carbamide, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, salt, binary, ternary compound fertilizers(Nutrient content 25%-53%), blended fertilizers and so on. Our company can tailor the chemical fertilizer production lines from 30, 000 to 500, 000 T/Y according to the requirements of the customers.
