This set of YPG Series dryer is a device which can complete drying and making grain at one time. 
 

 

Working process of YPG Series Pressure Type Spray Making Grain Dryer is that liquid material pass through diaphragm pump importing, and then spray fog liquid drip, contacting with hot air, a majority of particles being collected by discharge opening at the bottom of tower, a little minute materiel being collected by pollination cylinder that is set at lower cyclone separator; blower outlet yet can be furnished with secondary dust removal device, recovery factor to be over 96-98%.

In some part of this set of plant , tower body ,pipeline, separator , which contact with materiel ,all are made of stainless steel. Between tower body inside and shell, there are enough heat preserving layers, whose filling stuff are of aluminum silicate wool, and there is a observation gate and sight glass, light source, as well as control meters in the tower body, controlling and displaying through electric apparatus control operation panel. Heat source device in this set of plant adopts steam heating or electricity heater, having such advantages as rapid start, compact structure, clean and pure thermal wind etc. In addition, control and regulation device of electricity heater are installed inside electric control cabinet, so that inlet temperature can be carried out stepless adjustment.. For some areas in short of electricity, by means of steam heating or burning coal, burning oil hot blast stove etc, locally or fully substitute for electricity heating device. We can offer various heating ways according to users actual needs.
